I had a package that ups left at this store I have went to this store three times and looked directly at the amazon package for the lazy sorry store rep to tell me my stuff is not there myself and ups have been trying to call once we were hung up on them they just flat out did not answer
I have been calling all day, the first time I waited 15 minutes, the second time 22, and now this afternoon I am at over 15 minutes. There is no reason to have a phone number if the associates do not answer it. I do not understand how to do business with your location if my phone call cannot be answered, ever.
