always a wait now. They can't seem to get payment or insurance correct.
Pharmacy is not friendly, efficient or capable of filling a script, filing insurance correctly and the rude girl Leslie who should not be checking people out or answering phones should be fired. She lacks common curtesy and phone etiquette. The pharmacist does not explain anything and they over charge. Shady crooks.
Basically I think they don’t want you to be there and it shows! No need to worry. I won’t be back again. When they finally acknowledge you don’t expect any type of service, they barely speak or even look at you!

Hands down, the WORST customer service I have ever encountered in my life at a pharmacy. I’ve never met a pharmacist who either didn’t know there are flavor options for childrens medications or just felt it’s was ok to be super open about the fact that he didn’t want to go look for what those options are when I asked. I used to love this pharmacy but I’m super disappointed with my last couple experiences and won’t be back! Was told they couldn’t fill my prescription and I had to do mail order due to my insurance. They were rude over the phone and never even called to tell me there was an issue, I had to find out after I had run out of the prescription! Called another pharmacy and they got my prescription from CVS and filled it with no problems.
