3 stars simply because they’re a chain and NO personal connection to clients.Your just a number and IT SHOWS. Not for me anymore.
Prescription required the pharmacy to go to manufacturer website to access coupon. Pharmacist said they couldn’t because they didn’t have internet access. Called another CVS, had no issues. Have also gotten this Rx in the past at other CVS pharmacies with no problem. These people are not willing to do anything that requires extra work. Even if it saves the customer $425. Unfortunate.
I had to navigate a prescription issue for my daughter, a student at Penn State. Emily offered solutions and resolved the situation. She was helpful and kind through out our phone conversation.
