Arrived before noon to pick up prescriptions that had been called in 5 days prior. There was only one pharmacist who was dealing with a scheduled vaccine, no one else to assist the steadily increasing number of waiting people. After taking 10 minutes to determine that the person was ineligible for a booster, the pharmacist spent the next 10 minutes talking on his phone completely ignoring those of us waiting.
