Pharmacy people - drive up window staff is fine, if not slow. Pharmacist can be very helpful, or insane, threatening to come thru the window. If their app worked better, I would just have everything delivered.
The pharmacist was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Find another pharmacy that actually has helpful and polite people working at it.
Besides having a rude pharmacist on staff, they have now gone to a virtual assistant for phone calls which makes it impossible to speak to someone in the pharmacy. Bad patient care.
