I came to pick up a medication at the drive thru. I let the tech know I had Good Rx. The drive thru was empty and there was no one waiting at the counter. They came back and quoted a price, I told them I had Good Rx Gold, and they said, “Well, it’s about the same anyway.” I responded that it was not the same (close to $10 less). The original staff at this CVS location have always provided excellent customer service and answers all of my questions. I’ve only had one bad experience there and it was with someone that was filling in. I have nothing negative to say about the team that is always there. :)
