Crappy service. Never ever answer the phone. Stay on hold for 15 mins to just get hung up on. Tried transferring meds to them and I waited a week before I went back just for them to say that don't have info on that. So do it again. They say 24-48 hrs then again nothing. My daughter is a diabetic and I needed her insulin and they just don't seem to care. Another transfer and they say they don't have it then they do but haven't processed it and will be another hr. This place is awful! I was on hold For 30 min come to the pharmacy and they are literally ignoring the phone calls coming in. I say something and they tell me it’s normal to sit on the hold for 30min. Well I wonder why they don’t answer the dang phone on purpose. And their excuse is they are busy.. well to bad....
