I went to CVS (Hanford CA store) a few weeks ago and got some face toning cream. The lady at the counter said that their beauty products are guaranteed to work so if it doesn't work I can return it. Today I went to return the product and I couldn't get my money back because last week my wallet was stolen and I no longer have that credit card. I will never return to this CVS due to Melanie Baker (the pharmacy manager). She is very rude and disrespectful!
I can't even rate a 5 anymore do to Melanie Baker. I have never had a problem but today she completely disrespect my mother in law.
