Accused me of being a liar, stating "you didn't call for a prescription" which I did and have on my caller Id and received a call back which I was also told didn't happen. I am picking up a controlled substance which is always tricky. I have no other options under our insurance and am held hostage to pour customer service. Once again underwhelming!
I am a mute and have to use text to talk, their automated AI phone service when I called doesn't wait for my response to go through on the phone, target doesn't have a key response option with their phone AI like safeway. I had to go in person wait 15 minutes in line and another 30 for them to fill my prescription that Safeway ran out of. They don't care about mutes or vocal impaired.
