Pharmacy tech wasn’t sure why my prescription wasn’t filled so she passed me down to another young gal because they had a line. Younger gal just said something wasn’t put in right so they were waiting for the doctor to send it back in. I always get a text on the status of my meds. Never got one. Between work and a sick kiddo it’s been a rough week and never had an issue with the same medication we have had getting filled especially with absolutely no changes. I’m normally extremely happy with CVS pharmacy but this time…. Good grief. Stop hiding behind the counter and come help your employee that is trying to check out all the guest that are all the way down the aisle waiting to pick up their medicine. Took over thirty minutes to get to the front and the line was just as long behind me.
Excellent experience from the CVS pharmacy staff in Rapid City South Dakota. They were very prompt, thorough, and professional. I really appreciate that. If they were not located inside of a target store I would return there for business. Unfortunately, target has proven itself over the last few years to be very anti-family, anti-faith, and anti-freedom. I will not give one dollar to target in the future.
