Never used this pharmacy before. Urgent care sent over eye drops and antibiotics. Got in line, wasnt in system. They were friendly, They told me to go sit and they'd let me know when it was ready. After waiting over 40 mins I asked how much longer because my eye felt like it was going to pop out. The prescription was already done they just didnt let me know.
I love our CVS Pharmacy in Rapid City. The staff is wonderful, caring and ready to help in all ways. My prescriptions are always ready in a timely manner.
Normally, I have good service at this pharmacy but that was not the case today. I had received a text message that a prescription that was sent in couldn't be filled. I called earlier in the day, but had no option to leave a voicemail of speak directly to a staff member. When I explained this to the person helping me she very snarkily told me that they had been receiving voicemails all day & voicemail was the only way to reach a staff member.
