Normally, I have good service at this pharmacy but that was not the case today. I had received a text message that a prescription that was sent in couldn't be filled. I called earlier in the day, but had no option to leave a voicemail of speak directly to a staff member. When I explained this to the person helping me she very snarkily told me that they had been receiving voicemails all day & voicemail was the only way to reach a staff member. By far the kindest staff of all CVS's I have utilized. Though very busy they never rush me if I have questions etc.
Lots of employees but one person waiting on people with at least 20 people in line. Rude to customers
There is a taller older lady that works the register there. She’s kind of a jerk. Basically called me a liar to my face. A miscommunication from CVS told me that my prescription was ready. Not delayed. Not waiting for doctors approval. It told me that it was ready. I listened to the whole conversation. When I conveyed that to her she basically called me a liar.
