Over a week I have been waiting for epi-pens for my grandaughter the staff is ruder everytime I go in after being told tomorrow. Its not like this is an unusual drug.Today I needed a critical cardiac drug filled. Their auto system said they needed to contact the physician. 6 hours later they still haven't contacted him. I was told again by the rude lady upfront "that it was out of their control" Who's control is it if not the pharmacy????
After looking around the store without a single employee saying hello or asking if I needed help, I then waited in line to check out while two employees helped one customer for more than 10 minutes without a single word acknowledging my presence or wait time. I wish this were an exaggeration. After I couldn't wait any longer, I left my item on the shelf and left. There are friendlier, more helpful stores in Missoula and I feel disprespected by this establishment. Zero stars for wasting my time.
The local CVS in Missoula, MT has very courteous and friendly cashiers whenever I visit. However, there is only ever ONE checking anyone out, and the POS systems are obviously slow, so it really is inconvenient to go right after work or anytime between 4-7 pm. What gives, CVS?
