When the pharmacist tells a chemo patient they can't and won't fill a script for nausea medication because the insurance company declined it is understandable. When the pharmacist is rude and uncaring about it only repeating over and over want to see the denials??? call them i don't know what to tell you call you insurance company while in the drive thru while patient holding back tears and nausea and the line behind her. i will never ever return to C.V.S. again I was horrified ...i was being treated as though i was med seek... read more
