While my husband has always struggled with this CVS, I officially hate this pharmacy too. They wouldn't sell me Claritin (I guess I'd bought it last time). This is why I came here today. I get it's a federal thing but we truly have allergies not a meth lab. They won't fill an rx until 5/2 (gone round and round in this one for years and god forbid they get all your scripts ready for the same day). Their pharmacy has been terrible for years! Every time I go, consistently, the service is bad. Customer service is awful, staff yells at each other. I have to wait for long periods of time. Tonight they told me to pull into a parking spot and they would text my phone when my pre-packaged dose pack was ready. An hour later, I pulled through the drive-through to ask if it was ready (no text yet) and the person said "oh yes, let me get it!"
