I get my flu shot there every year quick and convenient! Not too long a wait
No one coild help me. I needed a measuring tape to measure knee for a brace. I asked at Pharmacy girl daid oh we haf one I don't know were it is now. I said will ok so I guess you can't help me. She shook head sorry she said. Then walking puff puff store another guy askef if I needed help I shots I need a tape to measure for a knee brace. He shots yes you do and walked away. People need tool be trained on real customer service. If your not going top help don't ask. If I could give a -10 then things m was my experience.
I had an awful experience yesterday at the Dedham CVS on route 1 across from Legacy Place. The manager was extremely rude, so much so that my 6 year old daughter who witnessed our exchange began crying. The products CVS sells are overpriced and their customer service is awful. I will NEVER shop at CVS again.
The pharmacist was very helpful and while filling a prescription, I decided as I I waited for it to be filled that I would get my flu shot . The pharmacist that administered my shot was very helpful in answering questions as I am a breast cancer patient and was concerned about what possible side effects I might have given all the medications I'm currently on . Yes the ppl that work there are amazing but the company itself SUCKS. never work for these ppl. All we are is a number no matter how hard you work no matter how much time and effort you put into it.. they are all about there $$ and scores.
