waited in line for 25 minutes at drive up window and there was only one person in front of me
The pharmacy is the weak link of this store. Hire more people and figure out the issues. I am now waiting 8 hours later for my script that was supposed to be filled at noon. They told my wife they were stacking the scripts as they came in. so if you got a script this morning, like I did, it is buried at the bottom of the pile. if you can use another pharmacy I absolutely would. they have no clue what they're doing. I am absolutely disgusted.
The pharmacy has declined significantly in the last 2 months. Seemingly, much turnover, many familiar faces gone. Difficulty obtaining generic drugs, hold-up filling refill orders. As a pharmacy staffer at a nearby CVS store told me, "There are a lot of problems in that store."
