Went to my doctor today and he inquired about what date my medication was filled in March. His system said on the 13th, however it was not filled until the 18th and that is the day I picked it up. My doctor called the pharmacist and they still said it was filled on the 13th and I didn't pick it up until the 18th. Blaming me of course, when I have a text message to prove they said it was delayed on the 13th. For the last 3 months my medication has been delayed and is never filled on time. This is the worst CVS location, always an issue when trying to get a new prescription. I've never had this issue at my previous CVS location that closed. I can never speak to a person when I call and if and when I get a call back it seems like the person has an attitude. It is always an inconvenience, the service is very slow, always a long wait. I will transfer to another location!
