DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have never once had a good experience with this pharmacy. Prescriptions are NEVER ready. They will tell you to come back and STILL not have it ready for you.. Not to mention the horrible customer service.
I'm not sure how they can improve but I do know unless someone is dying I will not be going to the Radford CVS Pharmacy again!!! Are medicine was called in at 6:30pm it took them over 2 hours to fill 2 simple medications!!! There was 3 people working, the first one I spoke with told me they didn't even have her prescription smdh. After I called Velocity Care back &confirmed that it had been faxed then they finally found her prescription!? Fire the hateful witch at Minute Clinic.
Every time I come here there is always a long wait and most of the time they mess something up 🤦🏻♀️ I’ll just go back to Walmart.
I do not believe I have ever had a positive experience at the pharmacy counter there. I find it hard to want to walk in the store to buy other necessities. Now our insurance is telling us we must either buy there or do mail order. Looks like I will be stopping my medications.
