RecommendedAmazing customer service! They let us know that our prescription was going to be very costly. So they looked to see if there was a coupon available. The coupon was only available at Walgreens so they let us know how to get the prescription transferred to Walgreens and use the coupon to save over $100. Amazing, they didn’t have to do that and they lost money in the short term but long-term we will be forever customers of CVS.
I think the pharmacists do a good job and are helpful. The pharmacy techs are miserable. Smiles would be nice. Excuses NOT to fill a prescription get old. 30 minutes to "drop off" if you get Peggy. So done with it. Filling Prescriptions, isn't that how your company makes money PEGGY? Just because you can't do your job correctly doesn't mean patients should be delayed or suffer. You have been rude enough so many times you deserve a call out.
