Been fillng our prescriptions here for years. Tried picking up a prescription. My insurance changed for the new year so wanted to update that. They acted like it was a bother and said they couldn't change it since the numbers were the same, even though it was a complete different plan. That was fine, I went back to the pick up register to go ahead and pay for the prescription. Used drive thru Fri morning Jan 2, lady had attitude problems. Had just changed pharmacy so to deal with this was very disappointing. Would not recommend using this pharmacy. Life is hard enough don't need to add poor attitudes to the list. I will be changing pharmacy. This is a good way to lose customers.
The pharmacist (Misty) is awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly, kind and very helpful. I trust her with all of our prescriptions and vaccinations.
