The staff woman with the “Scottish accent” is unfriendly and not helpful. She charged me full price for my prescriptions, even though I have insurance, because she couldn’t figure out how to read my insurance card. At the time I did not know about the app good RX nor did she recommend any other options. Therefore, I was charged full price as if I didn’t have insurance in which I spent over $60 for UTI medication that would have cost under $20. This is the absolute worst cvs pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They are literally always out of stock of every medication and then have unprofessional workers at the front crashing out because they have to take an incoming delivery instead of filling orders? They look like they hate their lives. Just once it would be nice to see a friendly worker. The pharmacists are friendly but too busy to interact with customers. As a diabetic it’s crucial to get my AUTOMATIC REFILLS on time! Do better cvs. Stop putting profits over people
If i could guve -1 star I would have. The lady was a very rude pharmacist. They are more concerned with profits than someone's actual health. They don't even abide by the law they go by their own rules which of course are designed for profits vs a patients health. Won't be back here again.
Great pharmacists, great care, and painless shots. Appreciate all who work there!
