Dropped off my prescription for my meds and they said it would be ready in an hour. I came back an hour later (mind you I don't live in Abilene so going home and coming back later isn't an option) and they said they didn't see two different medications so then when they looked at the prescription I dropped off they saw there were two different medications then told be another 30 mins and it would be ready. Rudest.People.Ever. Why have a drive thru that says "full service" and then tell the customer "you'll have to come inside to give us your insurance information" - mind you...there was no line...and an open lane... I remember why I stopped doing business there the first time!!
The Pharmacist Joseph Rizik is rude and obnoxious - He should not be allowed to interface with the public and I will not allow him to fill my prescriptions - so I guess its off to Wallgreens right across the street or Wal-mart down the road.
