Service is always perfect!
The pharmacy itself is great and the pharmacists are nice and professional. This automated phone system, on the other hand, was programmed by someone who never worked in tech and may not know what actual human beings sound or look like. I needed to speak TO a pharmacist, not end up in a loopdy-loop of a badly programmed AI that asked me the same question 27 times to MAYBE leave a voicemail that MIGHT be seen and responded to "within an hour."
