I have been to this store 4 times for medicine and all 4 times were a horrible experience. The lines are not that long, but they never move! I waited 40 minutes before it moved tonight. If a customer’s request takes time to fill, then the customer should not be able to hold the line up. I have been a CVS customer for 16 years, but since this store is my option, I am changing to Walgreens before my next refills. I just can’t deal with the stress of visiting this store anymore!
WORST Pharmacy EVER! I ended up waiting for over an hour on hold at another CVS, with my 6 year old who had a fever, because they refused to answer the phone to transfer my daughter's prescription. What a joke!
I've been going to CVS for over 15+ years and sadly to say tonight was the worse night to go. The pharmacist was rude and I felt very little at that point so I will be going somewhere else for my prescription. Very very disappointed with the service.
You have yet again screwed up my epipen prescription. GET. IT. TOGETHER. I despise cvs. Your employees? They’re the biggest jerks I’ve ever met.
I think it is really crap that a 59 year old has to go through an act of Congress to get a box of Sudafed because you have a cold.....and still give you the wrong thing that man pharmacist and there is a joke I told him I wasn't a drug addict I wanted some Sudafed and he gave me this generic crap that doesn't even work for my head I will never ever shop there again.......I want what I pay for.....
Grrr. Sometime I think they make so many mistakes so they keep in practice. I just found that they dispensed a 30 day supply for a 90 day Rx & charged for a 90 day supply....AGAIN! When I call about it, do they apologize? Heavens no. One time they substituted brand name drugs for refills for generic drugs with the associated increased price. When I called about that one they acted like it was my fault. We have to go there to get a 90 day supply on our insurance. Walgreens was so much better!
