I have been going here over 3 years. I am a foster parent so they have like a zillion kids under my name which isnt the issue. since November/December something has changed and idk what it is but now they lose my kids RX, claim I never dropped them off. they shorted me on the number of pills twice, they text me that I have a pickup when I get there they have nothing, etc, etc, etc. a majority of the kids in my home take psychotropic medications and cannot miss a dose, however with this particular CVS, I have had kids go days... read more
Meds were ready and waiting. Excellent service. It is a very busy pharmacy but all the people that work there are pleasant and friendly.
Got a Visa gift card (with receipt) that was activated at the store when sold but was unusable. After two weeks of "looking into it" Customer Service verified it was activated but couldn't explain why it wouldn't work. Now they won't take it back and told me to call Visa. They took the money and sold a worthless piece of plastic. Sounds like a Craigslist scam!
Twice to pick up a medicine and it's not ready. Yesterday afternoon,and right now 24 hrs later... It's a shame
