This is the slowest CVS pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. It's not just once in a while it's every time I need to pick up a prescription for a family member. It makes me appreciate my CVS in my hometown.
Worst Pharmacy in Greenville! I had a doctor send them a refill on my prescription, I then waited 30minutes in line just for the guy to tell me that a doctor sending a prescription refill is no longer good enough I also need to call (wait on hold) and ask them to fill it. Beyond ridiculous. It never fails there is always an issue or excuse for things not being ready. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!
The hold times are ridiculous!!! I have reached out to their DM and still no changes after months of the excuse they are under staffed. Ridiculous!!
Called the ph number posted on my prescription and was told that number was only for Drs and I should call main number. I have given them several attempts to get things right on several prescriptions. Life is too short for this aggravation. Moving on.
This is worst pharmacy ever. I had to get a prescription transferred here because my usual CVS did not have the medication I needed. After calling 3 times, waiting on hold for about 15 minutes each time, I never was able to get through to check and see if my prescription was ready. Drove up to drive through window they had a handwritten sign in the window stating the drive through was closed. I have been waiting on the phone for an hour to talk to someone in pharmacy! Finally decided to talk to someone in front of store and got through...all she could say was that she was sorry and I told her I needed to talk to a manager...she was the manager...smmmhhh. Even had a real person pick up after 15 minutes only to say HOLD...my first prescription here and last!!!
This has got to be the WORST cvs I have ever been to. It took 22 hours for a refill to be complete and when my doctor called in 3 prescriptions, it took 9 hours to fill, only because I wouldn't move until they completed it. I will be changing pharmacies, I just wanted you to know how absolutely disgusted I am by this.
