Their phone line is completely unreachable—no matter how many times I call, all I get is an automated voicemail. Even my insurance company told me they couldn’t get through. The pharmacist Mary replied with a sigh and said “I don’t have time for this” when asked to sign my prescription records paperwork. She was unkind and disrespectful over an easy task.
I recently changed to this pharmacy. My online refill was ready in less than 2 hours. They were pleasant when I arrived. Friday mid-afternoon there was no line.
This CVS inside Target at Coral Ridge continues to do it right! Instead of trying to sell me new lancets and a new device, they helped me find a lancet device to work with the 200+ lancets I have. (My current, broken lancet device is no longer available anywhere) Costumer service is a priority at this CVS location.
