I'm not sure if this CVS is just overwhelmed or incompetent, but my experience with picking up 2 prescripts at the counter was a disaster. Dr called in prescripts at 11:45 am, no calls or messages from CVS app that it was filled yet, so when I arrived at 4 pm they hadn't even started to fill it. Then they tell me they have to get into their safe to fill it. Really? Why is that my problem and why the delay? Spent one hour at the counter...I really should re-consider Walgreens..
Unfriendly, unprofessional employees working in the pharmacy dept. Waiting longer to have my prescription filled than it did to see the doctor is ridiculous. I waited for over 50 minutes for 1 prescription to be filled ...NOT OK!
