Before they added the DIY pharmacy screen where you have to type yourself into the system i would have given 3 stars. Now you get to be their employee for a few minutes with no pay. But the price is the same. Corporate penny pinching at its finest.
Everyone was attentive The prescription area employees were nice and I like the computers so I can see my prescription etc. I want to also mention the young guy at the Front counter is a really good worker and very conscientious I must get and remember his name next time. A real nice guy!!
The pharmacy used to be great. Excellent service, fast turn around times, courteous service. Then CVS cut manpower and now they are terribly overworked, overwhelmed and chronically understaffed. I tried to call in a prescription three times yesterday. The first time I waited 10 minutes, the 2nd time for 30 minutes, and the third time for one hour and 30 minutes just to see if they would ever answer. (They did not) So I finally left a Voicemail.
