Prescriptions are never ready. They always say they are a week behind. When calling, you are always on hold for 20-45 minutes. Today the person answering the phone didn’t want to transfer prescriptions and hung up on me. Worse customer service ever!!
I have a hard time getting anyone on the phone most days. It's very frustrating. Using coupons in the pharmacy is difficult too. Today a young lady in the drive thru told me the "people who made the coupon canceled it". The coupon was good for another week but she just insisted it wasn't good. Turns out she just didn't run it correctly, costing me a wasted trip to the pharmacy. I hope service improves soon or it's time to find another pharmacy.

The employee named lisa was most helpful with my needs and budget and showed me the product I was looking for but in the CVS I was every happy with the service I received
Absolutely awful customer service, there is a "man" tony who works at this location and thinks it is okay to be a bully and a total jerk and lie directly to a customers face. If you are a woman who doesn't stand up for themselves I urge you do not go in this store when he is there. I have never in my entire life be spoken to or treated as badly as this "man" treated me tonight. I will leave this on every cvs sight and email every person I need to until he is fired.
