Just horrible customer service. Horrible. Don't waste your money here. The customer pays their salary so find another pharmacy to support. There are great ones in the area. Meijer for 1 on 8 mile. Awesome customer service. I randomly end up at this one due to office error. Never again. Every single time it's the same BS. They don't need our business.
The most piss-poor excuse for a pharmacy it has ever been my misfortune to encounter. Their freaking robo-refill has called me twice in the past two-and-a-half weeks to ask if I wanted them to contact my doctor for a refill on a scrip. I said yes both times. Not done. I have called their Rx line twice myself to refill the same scrip. They have NOT contacted my doctor. Not worth the powder to blow them to hell.
THEY ARE VERY RUDE NOBODY HAS A SMILE ON THEIR FACE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!!!
Every time I go to this CVS the staff are rude and unpleasant. I had a cashier today who didn't even make eye contact with me and looked like he was very mad about something. When you go into your job, whether you like it or not, personal problems need to be LEFT AT HOME. Customers are NOT your punching bag. I watched in disgust as he treated other customers the same way.
