One of the worst pharmacies in the area. My doctor sent my prescription directly to them, but when I went to pick it up around 4:15 PM, I was told they were no longer filling prescriptions for the day. The staff member said I had to wait for a text message before it would be ready. As a result, I was left in severe pain all night and am now waiting for the store to open at 9 AM. Never again.
I had to get my flu and pneumonia vaccinations today and I don't know why but I wasn't expecting stellar service. Everything is so rushed these days so I wasn't expecting much. Surprise, surprise! Jin L provided my vaccinations and I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the experience. I had questions and she answered me patiently and fully. Clean and efficient. Very nice staff.
Like so many healthcare facilities these days, this busy pharmacy is likely understaffed and overworked, YET the folks here are ALWAYS courteous, friendly and efficient. I never feel rushed or under-served. Big THANK YOU to the Team at CVS Pharmacy at 630 Main Street in Hackensack NJ.
I have had such bad experiences at this specific CVS. Not sure if it has something to do with the fact that it is in a high minority area or something but the employees here treat you so badly. They do not care about your questions. They always act like I’m such a burden with my questions. I recently had a terrible experience where they gave me a generic for a medication that I absolutely need to take.
