I had to get my flu and pneumonia vaccinations today and I don't know why but I wasn't expecting stellar service. Everything is so rushed these days so I wasn't expecting much. Surprise, surprise! Jin L provided my vaccinations and I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the experience. I had questions and she answered me patiently and fully. Like so many healthcare facilities these days, this busy pharmacy is likely understaffed and overworked, YET the folks here are ALWAYS courteous, friendly and efficient. I never feel rushed or under-served. Big THANK YOU to the Team at CVS Pharmacy at 630 Main Street in Hackensack NJ.
I have had such bad experiences at this specific CVS. Not sure if it has something to do with the fact that it is in a high minority area or something but the employees here treat you so badly. They do not care about your questions. They always act like I’m such a burden with my questions. I recently had a terrible experience where they gave me a generic for a medication that I absolutely need to take.
