They don't care about customer service. You are just a number to them. I called in for a refill yesterday and went by to pick it up after work. I sat in line behind 6 cars like a good little customer, plotting what needed to be done when I got home. Got up to the window and told them my name and why I dropped by. Well... They did not have my refill, said I did not have any refills left. I actually had 1 90 day refill available. They did not bother to notify me of a "problem" prior to my pickup. I love this Cvs. Been shopping here for so so so many years. Even when it was across the street beside of Ingles. I won't ever go anywhere else for my drugs or my Mountain Dew
Wonder people, they always greet you with a hello and how are you and if you need any help just let us know , so amazing you just don't here that much anymore, Thank you all
Very clean store , main aisle goes to pharmacy,nice layout and very courteous staff and pharmacy technicians!!!
