My mother was here today and accidently knocked over a display of M&Ms. The manager was nearby and saw this. She promptly apologized and was intending on helping pick up the mess, but he looked at her with such disdain and pure disgust that she felt uncomfortable remaining near him. Others saw it and commented on how he acted. He never once said a word. Not a "no problem" or anything. I don't know what side of the bed he woke up on, but this is no way to treat customers and surely no way a manager should behave.
