Zaineb was very nice and helpful. She helped me when I needed it and made things easy. I was picking up a prescription for my mom, and she was kind and made sure everything went well. I’m really thankful for her help. Great service!
90% of the time this pharmacy is understaffed and they almost never acknowledge me or other customers when I come to pick up or drop off a prescription and I'm having to wait for them. Also, there have been a few times I haven't been able to get there to pick up my prescriptions until 8:30pm on a weekday and they have closed early when the hours say they should be open until 9pm. The pharmacists are also very slow to come put in their approval/credentials or whatever when the pharmacy tech can't finish giving me the prescrip... read more
Wish I had read these review before having my prescriptions sent here. They’re spot on. I’ve got a bad case of the flu with a cough so bad I can’t sleep and am injuring my back. Had my husband come get the prescriptions because I didn’t want to spread it and did not have enough energy. Well they only gave him one and not the one I most needed. Neglected to tell him the other was back ordered. We tried to call a few times but no one answers and there’s just a message to leave a voicemail and someone would call you in an hour.... read more
