Would give it a zero! Hate this pharmacy. There is always an excuse for the long lines… staff is also rude. Today it’s a computer problem, last week it was short staffed.. I never see more than one person checking someone out! Never coming back
We went to get vaccine shots. The staff was nice and efficient, and even though we were late, they handled everything smoothly. Apologies for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your help.
Ana needs to be FIRED! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! She needs customer service and phone etiquette training.. VERY RUDE,. She put me on hold mid/conversation, as well as telling me how she didn’t have time for this and was moving on to the next person. Best part is she also opted to LIE to me. 1st it was too late to fill, then they were waiting for the meds, then back to there wasn’t enough time to fill. 1 hour is not enough time?? WHAT??? The store was well lit and bright.
I stopped by CVS Pharmacy in Woodinville to pick up my dad’s prescription, and I was so impressed with the pharmacist. The place was busy with a long line, but she was working tirelessly, helping everyone quickly, even when some customers became rude, she handled the stress with such grace and kept on help while smiling. Truly appreciate her hard work and professionalism, thank you so much.
