Great customer service, very friendly.
I had an unacceptable experience at this CVS pharmacy. While checking out and paying for my medication, I informed the staff member that I had an additional question regarding a different prescription and an insurance prior authorization. Instead of assisting or directing me appropriately, she stated she could not help and pointed me to another employee.
