Irritating AI phone bot.
I'd been getting vaccinations for years at Rite-Aid, but all the nearby Rite-Aid locations have become CVS or have closed. Setting up an appointment online was a breeze, it picked up info from my old Rite-Aid account. When I arrived for my appointment, they asked to verify my insurance card, and told me that they could not accept my insurance. My meds were transferred from Rite Aid. I tried to open up account to see my prescriptions online and for some reason it will not accept my date of birth. What is the problem?
I originally transferred my foster daughter’s prescriptions from a CVS in Arizona to a CVS in Washington myself. I called and handled every step of the process, none of it was done by the pharmacists. Then I find out CVS doesn’t support Apple Health in Washington, which is the required insurance for foster youth and children. Ironically, CVS did accept it in Arizona.
