Horrible time management. They don’t know what they are doing half the time. Fix the speaker in the drive-through. Those of us on the other side can barely hear what is been said. Time for an upgrade
Went by at 10 this morning and asked if my daughters medicine could be ready at 2 they said yes went to pick it up at 2:40 and the lady said another 20 minutes that it wasn’t ready, on top of this she already had a nasty attitude! This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with.
If u call in refills one day, have them ready the next. waiting on meds now that I called in yesterday which is ridiculous
RecommendedGreat staff but drive thru waiting is terrible due to you have folks that wants to sit at the window till their meds are ready instead of letting others go ahead of you then get back to the window.Im talking bout when there is 3 cars already behind you waiting
