Went to the pharmacy with my grandson, just had a question for the pharmacist about an otc medication. We were acknowledged and told they would be right with us. We waited as they continued taking phone calls and helping people as they drove up to the window. There were no other customers waiting and no one ever helped us so we left and went to Walgreens.
