Zero stars but it made me put 1. Will be calling home office tomorrow. Called my refill in Saturday February 20, was told my prescription would be ready by 13:00 on February 21. My Fiancé went by at 15:00 on the 21st and she was blatantly lied to by Justin the Pharmacy manager. When I called him to ask why he lied to her he said We were closed for three days. That is not an excuse to lie to someone face to face.
RecommendedSo very thankful for Baltazar and all his hard work! He really went above an beyond in working through a coverage issue we faced when filling my daughters inhaler. He did a great job of communicating with me, the physicians office, and the insurance company to get the problem resolved.
