My favorite CVS! Everyone here treats us like family. The customer service is superb, and as a disabled customer that means the World to me! They have the hardest working Managerial Staff & Pharmacists anywhere, & they are geniuses at finding what I'm looking for. They do an Amazing job, especially when one considers that they are a smaller store. This CVS is our hidden gem in Rio del Mar!

We work with CareMark and Caremark specialty for critical prescriptions related to transplant recipient prescriptions. CareMark or its specialty partner dropped the ball on an important refill which caused my wife to run out. This proved to be a significant time-kill. After hours of calls, customer service frustration, my wife was able to get Caremark to send 4 pills to try to bridge some of the days between when the script was tentatively going to arrive. One of the most disorganized pharmacies.
Do not leave or verbalize any feedback as it will be shared with the staff and will be used as retaliation and or retribution against you. I was told by the pharmacist that she read all my feedback from my online reviews and no longer wanted to serve me at her pharmacy so she would get any more negative reviews. I was told I had to go to another pharmacy from now on. This is not a legitimate legal reason for feedback without punishment or legal retribution.
