I and 2 members of my family received the Covid-19 vaccination at the Aptos CVS location. The pharmacist was friendly, professional, such a pleasant person. We are so fortunate to have her at this location!
My favorite CVS! Everyone here treats us like family. The customer service is superb, and as a disabled customer that means the World to me! They have the hardest working Managerial Staff & Pharmacists anywhere, & they are geniuses at finding what I'm looking for. They do an Amazing job, especially when one considers that they are a smaller store. This CVS is our hidden gem in Rio del Mar!
The pharmacy is extremely helpful. Everybody is Very nice. Great place to shop.
We work with CareMark and Caremark specialty for critical prescriptions related to transplant recipient prescriptions. CareMark or its specialty partner dropped the ball on an important refill which caused my wife to run out. This proved to be a significant time-kill. After hours of calls, customer service frustration, my wife was able to get Caremark to send 4 pills to try to bridge some of the days between when the script was tentatively going to arrive.
