This review should not reflect directly on the employees/location but on corporate for their poor decision that every call to the pharmacy is directed to voicemail. The point of calling is to speak to somebody. At the very least there should be an initial statement made that all calls will be forwarded to voicemail and somebody will call you back. That said all the employees and assistance I've had with an actual person has been great.
On this particular occasion, there was no discernible wait time at the pharmacy. However this is a rare event. Generally one can expect to wait between 10 and 20 minutes at the pharmacy just to pick up a prepared prescription that has already been called in by one's doctor.
