Went to this pharmacy and the customer service was excellent. The young lady that helped me get my medication was really helpful.
I would like to formally file a complaint about an unprofessional and disrespectful experience I had at the Orange City CVS Pharmacy during a recent visit to pick up a prescription. Without my knowledge, my prescription was processed using my new insurance instead of the SingleCare savings card that I normally use and have on file.
