We did get a refund. But I do not believe this is a family friendly location. As a mother of a sick one year old I was given condescending remarks “come prepared” when they didn’t run my insurance correctly. Even given a complete lie on how my provider changed their information processing. Disappointing, because I love target but will not return to the pharmacy.
The Pharmacists and other employees are always wonderful!!

Fast, efficient, and friendly!
They are trying to make it hard to speak with someone over the phone if you want to just get through you gotta tell the automated system your a doctor that's the only way you will be able to talk to someone. It's stupid that the general public are simple minded and allow these places of business to treat people like that
