I have got some rediculus behavior from pharmacy staff, one lady was taking customers and having food on the pharmacy department, I called about my kids medicine refill the same lady pick the phone and Denise there is no prescription on their system but on the CVS online it shows same prescription refill need to call pharmacy department that's why I called the pharmacy and tried to explain her but she was shouting on me over the phone, so I bring the hard copy of the prescription and still she refused and then pharmacy super... read more

This store has horrible customer service, especially the pharmacists. No one wants an attitude, just do your job! The Managers seem to be the worst, and can't be bothered to do anything about it..

Great customer service, Lilly is just the best. One small issue, however, when a customer is using the automatic refill service, it would be nice to have the computer system upgraded, or the pharmacist review it. For example, when a customer has a change in medication, for the same condition, IE: Diabetes, and brings a new Rx. in for a different med. The computer should alert that the customer now has 2 Rx.'s for the same condition, I do realize, many conditions may require multiple medications,often from the same class of d... read more

Since this pharmacy is open 24 hrs and they advertise walk in flu shots, I stopped here on my way home from work. When I asked the pharmacist for a flu shot, she smiled and very politely informed me that she was behind on her work so she didn't have time. Then she turned and walked back to what she was doing. So I'm not rating this very high for customer service.
