Pharmacy staff is not helpful. Now with COVID testing can't go through the normal drive through spot and the secondary one that does not allow for many items as well as many touch points when the idea of avoiding touch points in this climate is key. Only go to CVS because insurance requires it.

1. Shoutout to the pharmacy department for an unending insurance circle-jerk. 2. The numbers 30 and 60 are not equal, especially when you are counting pills for MAINTINENCE MEDICATION. 3. Stop lying to me about submitting refill requests.

There were only 2 customers at the pharmacy and 1 in the drive thru when I got there. I was going to wait for my flu shot but then it got busy and they forgot about me.
Jerry is the best employee here! Soooo helpful and friendly! I'm always disappointed if he's not here. :/
