I've been a customer of this CVS on Santa Fe in Olathe for 9+ years. I won't bore you with details but this is what happened today: I went to pick up a prescription and was treated very rudely by a lady pharmacy technician. She wasn't even the person taking my payment. The gentlemen that was checking me out apologized repeatedly for her attitude, and so did the pharmacist. This is the most ass backwards place I've ever endured.. 2 and a half hours.
PM Pharmacist was a Jerk, that's putting it nicely. Trying to find enough CII to fill my RX. You have it on order to be delivered tomorrow, He tells me to call on Friday.... it's Tuesday!!! Oh, by the way PM Pharmacist, it's good business practice to make eye contact when addressing a customer.
