Recommendedmy CVS is extremely helpful with finding me additional discounts for my medications. I recently had a heart attack, and they work to find me ways to come out of pocket with the least amount of money. the store manager is always nice, and pharmacy staff always greets my wife and i by our name! great service!
I love this CVS Pharmacy in Williamsburg! I had my prescriptions at Farm Fresh until they closed a few months ago. Every single person behind the counter has been so sweet and helpful. I love the drive through and the call on the telephone to tell me my prescriptions are ready. They go over and above with the customer service. Susan Updike
Dana, Debbie and Melissa are great, but the new assistant manager is a real jerk! He yells at theses ladies all the time and tries to tell them how to do their jobs (which they have been doing perfectly for years), and he knows nothing about their jobs! He makes an ASS of himself and CVS is loosing business because of his arrogant attitude.
Because of this store experience, I will never shop at CVS again. Terrible customer service from a shift manager. I will leave it at that because I refuse to lower myself to his standards.
