I arrived here when they were supposed to open at 9am. There were no signs of anyone here by 9:05 so I left to go pick up my work truck and came back, hoping they'd be open by the time I returned. I arrived at 9:40 and they were just starting to open their gate. I'm definitely using a different pharmacy next time.

Let me wait for over five minutes before announcing they were closing for lunch and refused to let me pick up my item. They then reopened five minutes late despite a line long line waiting. Offered no acknowledgment of any of it. Extremely dismissive.

I've had the best experience at this CVS over all the pharmacies I've used locally. They respond to their voicemails, are attentive to the line in store and will work to help you get scripts needed at other CVS locations if needed. I have worked with Deejah several times and she has made multiple phonecalls on my behalf to work with my doctors office, insurance etc. When I ask the pharmacists questions they are helpful and the staff is friendly!

It has been a year that I am using this CVS pharmacy, and I liked it for multiple reasons: 1) the kind staff and pharmacists who were helping me each time with medical advices and prompt responses. 2) the effective and prompt refills process. 3) I did not have to wait long for my medications. The only point I did not give was the phone call waiting time. I wish they had more staff to respond. But they were kind every time they answered.
