The pharmacists and staff here are all amazing! They show they really care, take time to help as much as they can even when busy, and are knowledgeable/informative. Very appreciate of this great pharmacy.
Always greet customers by name. Get prescriptions that were ordered and if we need to talk the pharmacist about a new prescription they direct where to go. Staff is very friendly.
The associate , Vicki , was friendly and courteous . I had a question regarding insurance coverage and she was kind enough to check for exact information and explained the answer completely .
Jackie, the Pharmacist, is a gem! She filled a prescription I needed quickly and kept me updated with a follow up phone call. Outstanding service!
Best customer service at CVS! I wish I would've transferred to them ages ago instead of dealing with mediocre service for so long. Kari was a DREAM and helped me through a difficult issue with kindness and understanding.
