They altered my husbands prescription from what the doctor prescribed and when He. he confronted them they told him he was wrong. I take photos of all his prescriptions and then when we confronted them again, their story changed that they did it to save him money but in the end his copay is the same regardless. I want what was originally prescribed as that is how he has taken it for many years. I regret taking my prescription there.
DO NOT HAVE YOUR PRESCRIPTION SENT HERE! Doctor sent prescription over and they say they never received it so the doctor sent it again... same thing... didn’t receive it.. then there system went down for 2 hours. At this point I am freaking out for my medication so I make the doctor send it a 3rd time... still nothing.. waited a whole 24 hours still nothing. Got doctor to send it to Walgreens and they got it immediately. THANK YOU WALGREENS!!! Cvs I will NEVER use your pharmacy again! I told a friend about this and the same ... read more
