Pharmacist Chay was extremely rude and unprofessional during my interaction with them at this location. He repeatedly spoke over me and raised his voice rather than addressing the situation respectfully. As a healthcare professional myself, I found his conduct inappropriate and far below the standard of professionalism that should be expected from pharmacy staff.

The pharmacists & pharmacy staff are UNBELIEVABLY helpful! A bunch of CVSes are closer to my home than this one, but none of them hold a candle to store #0485 in Hurst for sterling service!
