Now that I have everything situated with my medication with a new pharmacy. I can now explain the one star rating. I used to love coming to this pharmacy. The staff were always nice and helpful, and I enjoyed picking up my prescriptions because it was a quick in and out. Unfortunately, it wasn't until the beginning of this year that I started having issues with my insurance company (TRICARE WEST) refusing to pay for my prescriptions due to an error. It's impossible to talk with a pharmacist over the phone.
They are horrible at taking direction and having prescriptions ready when promised!! Total waste of my time here. Would NOT recommend.
No sense of urgency whatsoever.
