Dark pharmacy. Understaffed- only 1 person at the window for drop off and pickup. 2 pharmacy staff in the back row with some light over them. Looks more like a place to make a shady drug deal than a pharmacy like Safeway, which is light and bright and well staffed with competent staff. There is also usually a long line and no help for the one person. Would go elsewhere if my insurance allowed me.
My daughter and I got our flu shots at the CVS inside the Target store in Lacey, WA. Online scheduling was very easy. The staff were very nice and professional. They served us immediately when we arrived.
I appreciate this CVS location and ALL the employees that are working there. We’re all human and sometimes the stresses of the job or life can sneak in and leak out. If someone complains about people in a high stress environment, who were rude or had attitude, maybe you shouldn’t take everything personally, you’re not that important! Allow grace. I have the upmost respect for the employees here and i’ve had the best experiences.
You are unable to speak with a human at this location. Frustrating phone tree just to have to still speak with someone. No waiting area inside the store. If i could give this place 0 stars I would.
I take multiple life sustaining medications. When these guys bought out Rite Aid, they immediately started messing up on every single prescription, I have to go to multiple stores in order to get my medications in time which apparently causes them to mess up even more, and I have been having to pay for the full prescription when it's NOT the full prescription. I have no idea how they stay in business or even keep their license to be a pharmacy. Their customer service is awful, they treat their mistakes like they are my fault... read more
