Will not be returning to this store that I really loved to shop in. I worked there years ago and it was all about the Customers. Obviously something has changed. Absolutely no customer service what so ever.. no greeting from anyone, no eye contact, no smiles.. nothing. Just a simple hello would've been nice. I let a member of management know someone walked out of the store with a whole bag of merchandise... the reply was "yeah, sounds normal." Really sad experience... :-( :-( :-(
CVS on Fremont in monterey is one of the best pharmacies in town! They have the best customer service and I love every person that is part of the pharmacy staff! They are fast and very efficient!
